By using this site and/or placing an order you agree to be

1) All our items are pre-order. Orders will be closed after 10

days of posting and you will receive your goods about 2-4 weeks after the closing date. Minimum order quantity is 10pcs/design (please refer our value plan for more attractive packages). Free delivery within Peninsular Malaysia.

2) Email us the code of the item or value plan that you which to purchase. We will send you a confirmation of order and you shall proceed with your payment(payment method will be advise).

3) Payment shall be made before the closing date (will be stated on the confirmation of order), otherwise your order will be cancelled.

4)We regret that Returns, Exchanges and Refunds cannot be accommodated.

However, we will only accept returns from customers for incorrect item(s) delivered within 7 days of receipt of the shipment.
